Semi Senior Accounts Assistant required for mid-sized regional firm in Southport.

My client is a well respected professional firm of chartered accountants with offices throughout the North West.  They are currently looking for an experienced semi senior for their office in Southport to undertake accounts preparation as well as audit.

The role will involve accounts preparation for a range of SME's as well as assisting the audit team so previous work expereince in both of these areas is essential.  Access to your own car would be useful but is not essential and all audit work is conducted locally

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years chartered accountancy experience which has included hands on audit work and a desire to develop their career with elements of both accounts and audit.  Specific qualifications are not essential but candidates must have a proven work history and all further training and qualifications will be encouraged and supported.
